How can I view and track my order?
Your Country Road account provides access to information on your current and past orders, wishlist and more. When you create an account with us, you would also be able to see the status of your order up until your order leaves our warehouse. However, for further information on your shipment status, you may use the tracking number sent to your email account on the courier’s website to track your order.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Due to the nature of our order fulfilment process, Country Road is unable to cancel or make changes to orders placed. These may include but are not limited to:
Change of delivery address
Change of colours, sizes and quantities
Application of discounts
Full order cancellation
We advise you to carefully check all the details prior to placing your order.
However, we offer a very flexible return & exchange policy if you decide to change your mind.

I have received a wrong, faulty or inaccurately described order, what do I do?
Country Road will arrange for postage return or offer a refund for postage cost (given the presentation of a receipt) if you are returning an item that is either faulty, damaged or incorrectly described. This is subject to prior examination of the good's defects, Should you wish for further assistance with this process, do not hesitate to launch an enquiry or talk directly to a Country Road's Customer Service Representative.
Can I still purchase Country Road products if I'm NOT from Australia or New Zealand?
Yes you can! Country Road now delivers to a number of countries across the world. Collaborating with eShopWorld, we have simplified your shopping experience with benefits such as automated currency conversion and extended return policy. What are your payment options?
We accept credit and debit card payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AliPay, ApplePay, GeoTrust and PayPal. The full payment will be debited after your enter your payment option at checkout. A $1 pre-authorisation will be imposed when using a new card or when checking out as a guest. that will be lifted within 3-5 business days by your bank.
Country Road is also offering payment instalment plan with AfterPay, enabling customers to pay in four instalments due fortnightly. Simply register at checkout or login with existing AfterPay account. Login to your account to check payment schedule and submit it before its due dates or get it automatically deducted. You may also use AftePay for in-store refunds on online order or buy new items.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Country Road aims to provide the most updated and accurate information on our website. Unfortunately we can not guarantee product availability due to the speed of products being sold and items popularity which may lead to a late notice of your order cancellation.
In such case, an email notification will be sent on the items we are unable to ship. Country Road members may also view these items as ‘Voided’ on the view panel of their ‘My Order’ page in their membership account.
A refund will be issued for these items and you may notice a $1 pre-authorisation on your account that will be lifted within 3-5 business days by your bank.

Can I purchase a Country Road gift card online?
