Organic Cotton with Polygiene | Recycled Polyester with 3XDRY®
Organic Cotton with Polygiene
As the top natural fiber in its uses for clothing, Cotton is 100% plant-derived, non-allergenic, comforting, soothing, and has high absorbency. The conventional Cotton however uses enormous amounts of toxic pesticides and fertilisers, which makes it non-sustainable for our ecosystem. That is why we have made the decision to replace it with Organic Cotton. Organic Cotton is Cotton that is grown without using any chemical fertilisers or pesticides. It is grown on land that has been treated and given sufficient time (at least three years) for the removal of all the toxic residues of chemical fertilisers and pesticides used on it earlier. The Cotton is sourced from original plants, which are plants that have not been genetically modified and have not been treated with any chemicals (washes, bleaches, colours, or scents) during its processing and packaging.
Our Organic Cotton is not only more beneficial than other Cotton, it is sustainable and achieves other properties such as functionality to suit the need of the commuter. Our Cotton is perfected with Polygiene, offering 'Use more, wash less' and is odour controlled by its prevention of bacterial growth on the actual fabric.
Washing

Turn cotton garment inside out before washing to prevent snags.

Machine-wash cotton in warm water, using an all-purpose detergent.

Rinse it using cool cycle to prevent shrinkage.

Tumble-dry at a low temperature setting. Do not overly dry polyester; this will cause gradual shrinkage.

Press cotton using hot iron to remove wrinkles.
Caring

With anti-bacterial properties, the garment will last clean longer than an average garment. Only wash when necessary to prolong the life of garment.
Hints

Polygiene is added into solution of the fibre therefore it cannot be washed out and will last.
Recycled Polyester with 3XDRY®
Polyester fabric consists of great benefits when it comes to textile functionality and properties. However, it's energy-hungry, non-sustainable synthetic fibre does not align with our values of being good to the earth.
Unlike Polyester, Recycled Polyester uses PET as its raw material. This is the same material used in clear plastic water bottles. This material is then recycled into fibres to create a fabric, preventing it from going to the landfill and decreasing single-use plastic waste.
Our Recycled Polyester has more benefits than ordinary Polyester. Other than its sustainable aspects, we are adding functional properties to suit the need for our consumer. Our Polyester-based garments are perfected with 3XDRY®, achieving its water repellent and moisture wicking properties at the same time. Perspiration stains are significantly less evident on the surface of the clothing. In addition, the body’s natural cooling function is supported as the perspiration evaporates close to the body. This ensures more energy in active phases. Furthermore, the 3XDRY® finish also displays reliable water and dirt repelling properties, and textiles finished with 3XDRY® are significantly faster to dry.
Washing

Machine-wash polyester in warm water, using an all-purpose detergent.

Tumble-dry at a low temperature setting. Do not overly dry polyester; this will cause gradual shrinkage.

Press polyester fabrics at a moderate temperature setting, or use steam.
Caring

Only wash when necessary to prolong the life of garment.
Hints

After washing, the 3XDRY® function can be reactivated by heat treatment, either in dryer or ironing.
